How we handle your data
Barber MoeB only collects the information needed to schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments. Tools are locked down with role-based access and encryption in transit.
We collect your name, contact details, appointment history, and communication preferences to deliver services and send confirmations. SMS opt-in timestamps are stored and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Trusted providers
- Booksy for scheduling and automated reminders.
- Supabase Postgres for secure client records with row-level security.
- Twilio for transactional and opted-in promotional SMS.
- Resend for transactional email updates.
- Upstash for queueing time-sensitive notifications.
Data stays within these platforms and is never sold. Analytics is aggregated only to track performance and improve the studio experience.
