Booking & messaging policies
We keep policies straightforward so you always know what to expect before and after your appointment.
Appointments & cancellations
All booking is managed through Booksy and may require a card on file. Make changes or cancel at least 24 hours ahead to avoid fees. Late cancellations or no-shows are charged 75% of the scheduled service.
SMS consent
By opting in, you agree to receive automated transactional and promotional texts from Barber MoeB. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.
Quiet hours
Automations respect quiet hours between 8p and 8a local time unless you initiate a conversation. Manual replies may occur outside those hours when needed.
Data handling
We store contact information and appointment history securely in Supabase. Access is limited to the admin account and data is never sold.
One-on-one studio etiquette
The suite is designed for a single guest at a time. Please arrive solo unless a parent or guardian accompanies a minor. No smoking, pets, or outside food in the studio.
